Elegantly furnished first-floor Key West vacation condo in the historic Truman Annex in the heart of Old Town. The condo is furnished with mahogany furnishings, antiques and brass accents The open gourmet kitchen has a bar and opens to the dining area. French doors open to a beautifully landscaped private patio featuring a large marble fountain. The condo faces the gated swimming pool. There is a landscaped patio with a fountain in the back.
 
The space
This is the premier gated community in Key West, bordering the Atlantic Ocean. Grounds of the Annex are beautifully landscaped. The Shipyard units are done in the traditional Key West Conch style. The Truman Waterfront park has been developed and is a 2-block walk from the condo. The historic Fort Zachary Beach is located just outside the Truman Annex.
 
Guest access
The entire condo is available to guests. This includes the front and back porch. The fountain on the back patio is in working order. The gated swimming pool is available to all guests

Perfect!


Very nice 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit. Excellent proximity to everything the island has to offer. Very easy to navigate all around town. We parked our car & walked everywhere which was great exercise! Next time we plan on flying right into Key West and renting a golf cart for the week instead of getting a rental. The condo could use a few upgrades but overall it was perfect!

The location is ideal and the unit has a great layout and all the amenities anyone should need. Perfect for 2 couples and right beside the pool. Walking distance to all of Old Town. Would definitely stay again and recommend to family. Parking is convenient and access to the property is controlled.

What a great location for a get away to Paradise! It\'s within walking distance the local restaurants, bars and shops plus the Truman Annex Park is only down the street.

If you are looking to go to key west, this is the place to stay. Very clean and well kept condo with a perfect location. Pool right outside the front door and a short walk to all key west has to offer.
