The Bungalows 
Bungalows are self-contained. Top floor: fully equipped kitchen, large open living area with ensuite deck; bottom floor: two bedrooms with ensuite bathroom each, one with king size, one with two twin size beds. Extra beds available. NO A/C, NO TV, WiFi Minimum stay 3 nights, weekly cleaning, bed sheets, towels, beach towels included. Bungalow guests have full access to all hotel facilities (pool, jacuzzi, restaurant, bar) and all services provided to hotel guests. 
 
Environment
Rainwater is used to flush the toilets and irrigate the garden.
The water is heated with solar energy.
Towels are changed on request only.
Bed sheets are changed every third day.
LED lights are used everywhere.
The waste is separated and recycled.
As many goods as possible are purchased locally, where available directly from the producer, manufacturer, grower, breeder.
The pool is purified with a chlorine-saline-Autopilot, no chemicals are added.
Only environmentally friendly and/or safe cleaning agents are used.
 
We operate a 15 kW SMA photovoltaic power plant. Depending on the season 60% to 90% of all used electricity is solar energy. 
 
The Restaurant 
The restaurant is an octagonal building, open on six sides, on the cliff overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Itcomfortably seats 30 persons.  The kitchen offers a wide range of local Creole as well as international dishes, appetizers, snacks, salads and desserts prepared with fresh local ingredients.

Why it is Famous ?

A beautiful location in the center of Dominica's west coast, on top of a 100ft cliff, overlooking the Caribean Sea. Perfect spot for hikers and divers, nature lovers and bird watchers. Very quiet, even though only a minute from the main road. All interesting sites and activites can be reached in less than an hour's drive.

Facts About Destination

Dominica is a small independent island nation in the Eastern Caribbean. Located between the French islands of Guadeloupe to the north and Martinique to the south, it is called The Nature Isle of the Caribbean. Rightfully so: 60% of the island are covered in forest of which 25% is rainforest. Three national parks protect a large portion of the islands unspoiled nature and are the habitat of two endemic parrot species. Sperm whales and other whales live year round off the west coast. The absence of an international airport has kept mass tourism away from this jem so far.

From the ferry port in Roseau: 23 kms 14.4 mls / 30 minutes drive north. From the Douglas Charles Airport (DOM) in the north-east: 58 kms / 36.25 mls / 1h15mins either along the north coast or accross the island
