Located on the hillside overlooking the ocean...the problem with this house is that it will charme you, to the point where you will have to force yourself to get out...and this you really should do because it is only a very short walk to the magnificent beach...

Wow, Casa Pirata is a magnificent house! We stayed over here in June for one week. The villa is perfectly located in the wonderful town Las Terrenas. Close to the beach, bars and restaurants. Every morning by sunrise we had breakfast with the most spectacular views on the beach. The kitchen and living area are one open space, and they join on to an infinity pool with a terrace When you swim in the pool, you got the impression that you are swimming above the sea between the mountains The house is very open, well maintained and the cool breeze of wind that comes into the house is very welcome on a hot day. The rooms are large enough, and most of them got a private bathroom. What in our case was great, we stayed with a company of 5 adults and 4 children. You can just walk to the restaurant \' The spoon beach\' where you eat delicious food for a really good price ( 5US$ for an appetizer & main course) We absolutely enjoyed our holiday in Casa Pirata and Las Terranas, and the owner Olivia is very helpful and gives you a lot of information about the activities you can do in Las Terrenas.
