Kiteboarding dream spot!!!


I stayed for 8 nights at Seawinds at Punta Goleta. I was traveling with friend for kiteboarding. Seawinds is located in the prime location!! It is right on the beach a bit south of kitebeach and bit north of Cabarete town proper. Seawinds has an enormous wide open beach with basically no other hotels etc for at least 200m North and just a few in the immediate location southward on the beach. The water out front is not nearly as crowded as at Kitebeach for kiting. The condo itself is gorgeous only a few years old. We had a ground floor unit which was just few steps from the pool and the beach. Kitchen was excellent with all the needed things. It was serious luxury! Janette and Yvonne, the hosts at the condo complex, were incredibly helpful with everything! We didn\'t bother renting a car and walked most places and when we had too much to carry or felt lazy took taxis.
