The owner of this property requires a 50% down payment to reserve and full payment 21 days before check-in.
 
Deposit Requirements
The caution ( damage deposit) of 2000 US$ will be paid by wire just before arrival or in cash the day of arrival itself. The caution will be returned at departure if the energy bill is paid and there are no damages in the house.
