The Breadfruit is a large room with a queen-sized, complete with headboard, side table and a reading lamp. The bed is fitted with a comfortable cotton sheet as well as good quality pillows. The room is fitted with window shades to keep out or bring in the warmth of the day or the chill of the nights.
 
Located on the upper level of building two, you will have the lovely garden view and vantage point of the property from your private balcony. This room houses up to 2 adults and comes with the following.
 
DEPOSIT POLICY (Standard): To guarantee your reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total is due at the time of booking with balance paid 3 nights prior, or, on arrival at the apartment.

Cozy Cottage is the sweetest place on Earth! This is the real Jamaica feel. The yard has an irie vibe, and is surrounded by nature, that will lull you to sleep at night. Safe, secure, and serene. Tranquility at its finest. The owner Zenie Newman is lovely and will accommodate all of your needs. I can’t wait to go back. 5 stars for this quaint escape!

Lovely place to stay. I haven\'t rented but knew people staying there and visited. Zenie is someone you can count on and trust with your stay. Cottages are quaint and remind me of old Negril. I hope to sty there sometime when my own house is rented and I need an alternative.
