Love Tamarindo!


My husband and I stayed in this house with our 2 teenage daughters for seven days. This property is in a great location. Close to everything in town, yet far enough away to be quiet! The hill up to the house is a little daunting - but made many entertaining memories. Loved the pool and the house was very nice. Claudia and Samual were awesome! They helped out with fixing the drier and one of the air conditioners and with arranging shuttle rides , groceries and a few excursions. Would definitely come back to explore the area more!

Beautiful Place


Beautiful place. We had 6 people there and everyone enjoyed their stay. Short distance to Tamarindo and the pool was great. Claudia, the property manager, was very easy to work with and set up a day trip for us. I would highly recommend this property.

Would rent again.


This house was beautiful and the back yard was very private, it feels like your own little slice of heaven. Only suggestion is to bring any cooking spices, oils ect. With you because there is literally nothing in the house. I would also suggest to put a towel down by the front door because ants can crawl under it but the towel did the job. The washer and dryer was an added bonus. Would rent this place again.

Excellent - as advertised!


My family (six total guests) spent six days over Christmas in Tamarindo and at Claudia\'s villa. We found everything as expected and promised. The villa is very clean, stylish, fairly new construction. We did not arrive until after 11pm and were meet at the house for a late arrival check-in. We paid a modest fee for shopping prior to our arrival and that went off without a hitch - allowing us to sleep in and cook breakfast the next morning. The villa is within walking distance of the beach - 10 minutes or so - we\'d suggest going the southern road/route - which is less traveled and dusty; renting a golf cart would be a good idea as well. We had a car but that is so we could travel to areas outside of Tamarindo. Claudia\'s team also arranged a zip line/rafting trip and travel to and from the airport, which were executed perfectly. Overall, if we came back to Tamarindo, we\'d stay here again and recommend it.

Perfect for family stays


We enjoyed our 10 day stay. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. We brought some of our supplies and favorite items. Katherine was easy to contact regarding any questions or concerns. The weather was 37 degrees during our stay (a little to hot for us). The pool was great for cooling us down. It was a 10 -15 min walk to town, we did find a few different routes over the 10 days. We always felt safe on our walks. If your ok at staying a little further away from town this was a great place!

Très agréable à vivre


Nous avons aimé la maison de plein pied au design épuré, ouvrant sur la piscine et le jardin. La chambre parentale isolée de celles des enfants, le salon extérieur abrité, tout y est pensé pour passer un agréable séjour en famille. Nos enfants étaient autonomes pour se rendre à la plage de Tamarindo à une petite quinzaine de minutes de marche. Nous rêvons déjà d'y revenir plus longtemps

A great place to stay in Tamarindo!


It was our first trip here in Guanacaste and we could not have chosen a better house to enjoy our vacation. The neighborhood is very quiet and yet so close to tamarindo where all the activities are. The house is very spacious and the pool is great! We will come back for sure next year.

It was a pleasure to spend our first trip to Costa Rica in this house . The house is spacious and it is easy to spend time in. It is near to Tamarindo center where are all the activities. I definitely recommend this place !
