We warmly welcome you to our beautiful villa Sudamero. It is situated in a prime location in SW Cape Coral, just a few minutes from the Cape Harbour Marina with restaurants and shops. Here you can also rent a boat and explore directly the Gulf of Mexico.
 
The Villa offers everything you need to enjoy a perfect holiday in the Florida sun!
 
Villa Sudamero has three bed rooms and two bathrooms on 1,554 sq ft. The house has been tastefully refurnished in December 2013. New tiles have been installed in December 2016 throughout the living area, the kitchen, both bathrooms and the master bedroom.
 
Relax in the sun on the extra large patio or take a swim in the large electrically heated saltwaterpool. Because the patio is fully screened you don't have to worry about insects. Privacy is provided by the lush tropical landscaping. Thanks to the patio's southern exposure you can enjoy the Florida's sun all day long even in wintertime.
 
You don't want to dine in one of Cape Corals numerous restaurants every day? No problem, grill your own steak on the 5-burner gas grill (new since April 2017) on Villa Sudamero's patio.
 
If the weather is unexpectedly not good, you can relax in the modernly designed living and dining area with an open plan kitchen. Enjoy movies in HD-Quality on the 60" LCD screen or stream your own music from your mobile device over the brand new Sony Hometheater System or the Bluetooth speaker on the patio. Of course there is also free high speed WiFi available for our guests.
 
Kids are very welcome in our Villa Sudamero. A travel cot and a high chair are available for our little guests as well as sand toys for your trips to the beaches. If you go there please feel free to use the cooler and the beach chairs you will find in the garage.
 
A free navigation device for your car is available so you won't get lost on your trips while staying with us. Please give us notice prior to your arrival if you want to use that service free of charge.

Fabulous week


This villa has it all as there’s everything you will need for a great stay. It is set on a quiet street close to all the amenities e.g. restaurants and supermarkets Plenty of room for a family of 4 and an enjoyable and relaxing week was had by all. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend to others

A sweet gem!


My wife, 4 month daughter and I stayed in Villa Sudamero for almost three weeks and we loved every second of it! The house in itself is well kept and tastefully decorated, with large screen doors facing the fantastic and secluded pool area. The owner is a star in himself, very kind and a delight to be in contact with, seeing to all our wishes and needs. The new property management are also very pleasant and professional. I only have praise for Villa Sudamero and Hans; we very much hope to return some day!

Wonderful place! Great Value


We stayed at this home during our Spring Break trip to Cape Coral and were very pleased with the home, the amenities and the service from the realtor/rental agency who assisted us. Our kids spent a lot of time in the heated pool and loved it! The floor plan was great and our family of six never felt cramped. We had a great experience here!

Beautiful Home and Pool


Hans (the owner) was incredibly helpful and consistently responded quickly. Given the photos of the home and how easily we booked our last-minute vacation, we just couldn\'t go wrong. The home is beautiful. Most of the furnishings, linens, and kitchen equipment are higher quality than typically seen in a rental property. We may not have had everything we would have liked (beach towels, can opener, measuring cups, cereal bowls), but had most of what we needed. The pool was simply spectacular and we spent many hours relaxing and playing. The Cape Coral beach wasn\'t what we wanted. Fort Myers Beach was better (and Doc Ford\'s was great for dinner), but Sanibel was our favorite (including the Island Cow for lunch). We experienced electrical storms 9 of the 10 days we were at Villa Sudamero, which contributed to the air conditioner breaking twice. The property management company had someone at the house to complete repairs within 2 hours each time. Some type of reference information on the property would have a been nice addition - things like when trash is picked up, how to get to beaches, local attractions, favorite restaurants, grocery store locations, and the like. Overall, we would definitely stay again at Villa Sudamero if we decide to return to Cape Coral in the future!
