Enjoy SUNNY CLEAR SKIES from our amazing VIP turn-key vacation condo on the R.B. Golf Course. You’ll feel right at home when you walk in the door and most of our guests return time after time. Most of the year we live in sunny Arizona and travel back and forth to enjoy the view of sunrise and sunset from our patio outside or inside the house as we overlook the Rancho Bernardo Golf Course (NEW large windows and lounge chairs help too!
 
SUNSET FUN: After the golfers are gone for the day people walk the course or play games with the little children and walk their puppies till dark. Very nice!
 
At night the silence in our area is wonderful. Our patio lights give off just the right amount of light to match your moods as you relax. You’ll find beautiful views of the golf course every sunrise, everyday. Just relax and enjoy our patio with dimmer controlled patio hanging light on the outside deck and audio hook-up for your music devices.
 
We just installed a new Central Air / Heat unit at the house but most of the time people just keep the windows open and cuddle up if needed for a movie (NETFLIX-AMAZON) provided. NEW Frig, Washer/Dryer and kitchen counters in 2017/2018. New showers upstairs and NEW floors downstairs in 2019.
 
There are two Bedrooms upstairs: Master ONE has a California Queen Master and Tmaster two has TWIN beds. There is also an extra hideaway bed in the couch downstairs if needed (can sleeps up to six) 2 bathrooms upstairs and a 1/2 bath downstairs.
 
PARKING: It’s FAST and SAFE: Right in front of our house. (30 Feet) NOT STREET, that’s for extra cars or guests that come to visit you!
 
FOOD: Everything from fast to fine food is just minutes away with over 30 places to dine near you. You can also get delivery to the door. There’s no reason to cook unless you want too!
 
You’ll find (3) Steak Houses, Mexican Food, Chinese Restaurants, Bar-B-Q and The Rancho Bernardo Inn, restaurants, Veranda and Clubhouse Golf Course is just a short drive or walk away. There are two Grocery stores, two 24 hour drug stores, URGENT CARE and EMT Fire station within one mile in case you need them.
 
Shopping: North County Fair Mall is only three miles away north on the I-15 and south three miles on the I-15 you’ll find COSTCO and more shopping plus fifteen other places to eat in this area. Travel time about 10 minutes.
 
OTHER LOCATIONS: S.D Airport, Sea World & San Zoo are with-in 24 Miles, Downtown S.D. is 28 miles away or about 30 minutes. UBER/LIFT fee is about $18.00.  Sunset beaches in of Del-Mar or La Jolla are 16 miles. (20 Minutes)
 
30 days or Longer Guests: If you stay 30 days or longer you can enjoy our membership at the Rancho Bernardo Swim and Tennis Club at no extra fee. There are 5 pools, (One adults only 21 or older pool and Jacuzzi areas) Gym to work out in, Tennis courts, Basketball courts and special classes in for fun stuff!
 
Our home is easy to find and it’s easy to get around (Drive, ride a bike or walk).
 
Were located just off the I-15 at Rancho Bernardo Road and Bernardo Center. You’ll find everything close, Shops, Food, Fuel, Starbucks and FIVE PUBLIC Golf courses in our area. TOREY PINES Golf Course is 18 miles away for lunch or golf.
 
This area around San Diego’s Rancho Bernardo is a Quiet and Safe place to REST, RELAX STAY, you will enjoy THE TIME YOU SPEND THERE!
 
San Diego police and community patrols are around the clock with a Substation near by our house.
 
AROUND THE WORLD GUESTS: Over the past few years we have shared or home with families from all over the world. We have hosted Guest’s from Canada, Ireland, China, China, Mexico, Finland, Germany and Switzerland. Americans from 20 states have also enjoyed our home including a U.S. Congressman and his family too!

There is a fitness gym and 5 pools, work out gym, Tennis courts and more at the RB Swim & Fitness Club. OVER 21? Two of the areas are FOR ADULTS 21 OR OVER!
