From the street you reach through the front garden the entrance of the house. From the hall you enter the large cozy living room split into two levels. From the living area you are overlooking the pool. Also here is access to the balcony. Open kitchen with all amenities, dining area.
2 bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms with shower, toilet. From the livingarea a staircase down you reach the 3rd bedroom with double bed, 4th bedroom with sofa bed and patio doors to the terrace. The 3rd bathroom has a bath and separate shower.
Three of the bedrooms are air conditioned. From the adjoining covered patio you have direct access to the garden and pool.
Villa Davina is situated in the popular residential area Vizcondado the Cabanyes, near the village of Calonge, with all possible services for daily shopping and several good restaurants. The villa is at cycling distance from the beach of Sant-Antoni and local supermarkets. For those who want some more action: Playa De Aro (a paradise for shopping and nightlife) and Palamos are only 10min away by car. The location is perfect for citytrips to Barcelona and Girona.
