Description
The villa has 3 floors. The main entrance on the ground floor leads directly into the large living room with fireplace that communicates with the kitchen, the dining area with three large arches from which you access the area overlooking the pool and three bedrooms, two double with en-suite bathrooms, one with shower and one with tub, and a twin with en-suite bathroom with shower. A marble staircase leads down to the basement consisting of the taverna with table, fireplace and kitchenette and a double bedroom with divisible bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. From the taverna you can go out to the pool area. Completing the basement is a small apartment, with access from the taverna, composed of a kitchen with adjoining dining room, a double bedroom with divisible bed, a single bedroom and a bathroom with tub. Returning to the marble staircase, you go up to the first floor consisting of the master bedroom with two small balconies and an en-suite bathroom with tub and shower.
The park of Villa De Luca covers about 1,500 sq m of land characterized by numerous centuries-old trees that provide various areas of shade. Villa De Luca is surrounded by an enchanting scenario, planted partly with lawn and partly with lavender, rosemary and laurel, with tall trees such as pines, magnolias, maples and birches and with lemons, Chinese mandarins and palms. A corner equipped with a characteristic brick well, wood oven and a terracotta table allows the tasting of pleasant appetizing and breakfasts. All distributed with scenographic expertise in a magnificent panoramic position with a view that stretches over the countryside and the sea.
