Description

Fun location with spectacular views of Little Sabine Bay and Pensacola Beach. Very romantic.
 
We are located across the street from Casino Beach. This Gulf of Mexico beach has lifeguards scheduled daily 10a-6:00p in season. Quiet Water Beach is a nearby, large sandy beach on Santa Rosa Sound with calm waters for younger children; it is a 10-minute walk to this beach.
 
Living room has three 12-foot windows connecting to large outside deck that is on two sides of condo. Deck directly faces Little Sabine Bay and has great water views. Brand-new kitchen looks west across the sand. Living room has new queen-size sleeper sofa with quality mattress. Large high-def 4K SMART TV in living room.
 
Master bedroom opens onto covered deck. It has King Size bed with new mattress. Large High-Def 4K SMART TV is mounted on wall. Private bathroom with separate toilet/shower area.   
 
Second Bedroom looks west towards Gulf of Mexico. It has new Queen Size bed and new twin-sized bunk beds .  Wall-mounted High-Def TV. Directly across from bathroom with tub & shower.
 
In addition to the two bedrooms, there is a 13x16 multi-use room with high-def 4K SMART TV, XBOX ONE games and a sleeper futon. A great space for the kids to be while adults party. This space is not air conditioned.
 
We have a new gas grill for your cookouts. The new full-size LG front-loading washer and dryer have large capacity for clothes cleaning.
 
There is a garage for storing bicycles, boats, kayaks, surfboards, fishing gear, sand toys or whatever you want to bring.  There is one assigned parking space and some visitors spaces. The large Casino Beach Parking Lot is across the street and parking is free. It has space for hundreds of cars.
 
Deep Water Condominiums are directly across the street from Casino Beach (W of Pier). This part of beach includes a family-friendly, alcohol-free area. Casino Beach Main is just east  of Pier. Open containers are allowed on sand of the main beach ... but not in parking lot.  We easily walk to Casino Beach from our condo apartment.
 
Bank of the South has a branch around the corner from us with an ATM.
 
This is a legal rental and we collect required sales and tourism taxes. Pensacola Beach Sheriff Substation is nearby.  
 
Rents Saturday to Saturday (7 nights) late May to mid-August; All other months have a 3-night or 4-night minimum, except for some holidays. Minimum age requirement is 25 years old, and he/she must physically occupy the premises for the full term of the rental. No smoking or vaping inside condo.
 
When you are ready to BOOK YOUR VACATION (or have a question), go to the Owners Box to the right of this description and click 'Ask Owner a Question' right next to our picture. We can reply directly along with our rental agreement. We prefer to be paid by checks sent by US Mail or by Debit Cards sent via VE-MO; if you pay this way we will waive the $60 administrative fee.  
 
We NEVER accept bank transfers, direct bank deposits or Western Union payments as these payment methods been used to scam people in the past.  We do NOT list our condo on Craig's List. If you are asked to make a payment by depositing money in some bank account, this is a scam so DO NOT DO THAT.

Fantastic place to stay


This was our 2. time in this fantastic condo. We love Pensacola Beach and we love this condo and the way it´s located. Fantastic view from the balcony. Close to everything. Walking distance to beach, shops and food. We will be back - for sure. Karen, John and 3 kids (20 -23 yeas old) Denmark

Beautiful Accommodations, Perfect Location!


We fully enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. Great location and a beautiful setting inside and out. It is beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and has everything you could possibly need! Within walking distance to restaurants, shops, the big pier, and the beach. We used the bikes to take a beautiful ride toward the Gulf Island National Seashore. The bay is also a perfect location to paddle board and kayak. Admire the gorgeous views from the large wraparound deck while enjoying a morning coffee or evening meal outside. The full and beautiful kitchen has everything you need to dine in or grill out. Additionally, our kids loved the pool and when they weren\'t outside, the Xbox and large TV\'s. We would stay here again and highly recommend it to everyone!
