The main entrance, under the portico on the side of the parking space, leads directly to the large living area on the ground floor. This room is subdivided in four areas: study, relaxation corner with fireplace, TV area and dining room. From the living area you can go directly to the portico through two French windows. Down two steps from the dining area you come to the kitchen and the veranda with large windows where the well is situated and with a table ideal for meals. The veranda, too, has access to the outside. To the right of the living area are two double bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom with shower. A corridor adjacent to these two rooms leads to a twin bedroom with access to the garden and a further bathroom with shower. In front of the dining area is a terracotta staircase which goes up to the first floor. This floor is composed of two double bedrooms (one with a 1,40 m width bed), a bathroom with tub and a panoramic terrace furnished with deckchair and table.
