The main entrance situated at the central level in correspondence to the terrace housing the pool, leads into the large living room featuring a big fireplace, wood columns and light-coloured exposed beams. The living room has direct access to the portico and veranda. Next to the French window going out to the portico are a few steps leading up to the open-plan kitchen and large dining room. On the right side of the living room is a staircase and a few steps leading down to a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom with additional double divan bed; this room also has access to the outside. The staircase leads up to the sleeping area with a double bedroom, en-suite bathroom with tub and direct access to the outside and another double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. The floor is completed by a loft overlooking the large living room.
