The villa has three floors. The elegant, imposing entrance opens directly into the large living room with bigbright windows. From the living room, divided into TV area and dining area, you come to a professionally-equipped kitchen that leads directly out to the beautiful corner porch. A white marble staircase leads up to the first floor with two double bedrooms, both with a beautiful, semi-hidden terrace, a double bedroom with dividable beds and two bathrooms with shower. On the bottom floor, also facing the garden, is a beautiful double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a second kitchen, ideal for outdoor dining. Also on this floor is the laundry room, accessible from inside. 
 
The unusual circular pool is about 10 m from the villa and is set on a slightly lower level - two steps lead down to it from the villa. It measures about 7 x 7 m with a varying depth from 1,20 to 1,50 m. Entrance to the water is via large steps, it has chlorine purification and is lined in sand-coloured concrete. The solarium area is paved with teak and equipped with sunbeds and sofas, coffee tables, umbrellas and a cold-water shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday of October.
