Magnificent views - the best of the best, contemporary house built in the 90's. Rated one of the ten best island beaches in USA. 1-hour, 10-minutes by train, car or private van to ferry dock from New York City, or 15 minutes from Islip airport. Then it is just a 25 minute relaxing ferry boat ride to Fire Island. Less than a ten minute walk to house once arriving to the island. Car free island, only bicycles. A safe place for children.
 
*Extra fees*
- The electricity is billed by the meter reading. You will be provided with $25 per week credit against the total electric bill.
- There is a government occupancy rental tax of 3% on the entire rental price.
- Cleaning fee at end of rental varies between $150 and $250. 
- Any damages, electricity & cleaning fee will be deducted from the accidental damage waiver.
 
(There is no refund on deposits)
1. The initial booking deposit prior to April-30 is $1000. per each week reserved (non-refundable). 
2. On May-1, 50-percent of the rental amount is due (non-refundable). 
3. Final payment for the rental period is due 30-days prior to arrival (non-refundable) 
4. There is a $1000. cash security deposit due on the day arrival.

There is a reservation deposit of $1000 per week (To be paid on reservation). This will be deducted from the total amount. 
The balance of the entire rental period is due 30-days prior to rental start date. 
Rates vary depending on the season. High season starts around the last week in June and ends the first week in September.
