Description

This tastefully furnished, one floor villa features a large kitchen (28 m²), a living room (37 m²), 2 double bedrooms, and 1 small bedroom with 2 bunk beds (4 beds). The villa is near "Sette Fratelli" Park and features all the comforts, such as air conditioning, sat TV, and a dishwasher. Outside: pool, solarium, heated shower, playing field, ping pong, trampoline, swings, barbecue area with gazebo, onsite parking, and large garden (2000 m²). The touristic village has one access point with an automatic gate to ensure privacy and tranquillity. In a few minutes (5 km), you can reach Diverland Water Park or the crossroads (8 km) to the motorway towards Villasimius and Costa Rei. The area is ideal to go hiking in the Mediterranean scrubland. Inside the Sette Fratelli Park, you can practice many activities, such as trekking, mountain biking, and Nordic Walking.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay !!!!!!


One week in Stefano`s villa, just recently gave us everything we were looking for to stay in Sardinia for the first ( but not last) time! The place is very clean, charming with a fantastic view from the terrace overlooking the mountains - very green and peaceful. The village is very quiet and safe as is the property . Lovely garden with a clean and very inviting swimming pool, where you can have a refreshing drink admiring the sun set !! The car is a must as you will need it to do a shopping and going to explore some of the excellent beaches ! Stefano, the owner is a very charming and extremely helpful with anything you wish or want . Sergio, the gardener is very polite and helpful as well. For people who like a good food and a good sardinian wine- which is excellent, we would like to recommend a hotel in Cagliari called Da Cesare - but you have to book a table ( open from 8pm) no tourists , only Italian people, and is awesome !! Wonderful villa in a stunning location


Wow what a place! We stayed with our two young daughters (3 years and 10 months) during September for 11 nights and had a brilliant time. The house is a great size, well equipped and very clean. The garden is amazing and really large. It’s very private and totally enclosed which meant it was great for our 3 year old. There was enough to keep her occupied outside with swimming in the beautiful pool, playing pingpong, racket ball, basket ball and football. We did miss the trampoline though! Stefano is a great host and was really helpful whenever we contacted him. He offered some good suggestions for eating out and shopping. Check in and check out was flexible and really smooth. The beaches out on the Costa Rei are beautiful and well worth the drive, but we found the ones around Cagliari worked best with our young children to minimise time in the car. The one at Su Forti just off the Via Leonardo Da Vinci worked well, with excellent gelato up the road at Mai Tai Bar :-)

Gorgeous property, great for kids


We are a family of five, with 3 kids aged 8, 10 and 13. We stayed in the property for 12 nights in August and we’re really impressed with the cleanliness and facilities. The pool gave us somewhere to cool off during the day, whilst the ping pong table and football court kept us busy when it was cooler in the evenings. Absolutely fabulous - we loved it. The property is quite a distance from the beaches but is quite manageable for days out. We spent a lot of time in Villasimius where we spent lots of time snorkeling with the kids. Stefano is very responsive and helpful with all matters. After a thunderstorm we had some issues with power and water and these were resolved very quickly and effectively. Thanks Stefano. Overall... 5 Star holiday. Great holiday, beautiful scenery and lovely weather - thank you! Xx
