We welcome you to our beautiful 1BR/2 Full Bathroom oceanfront condo. Located in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach at 2609 S. Ocean Blvd, our first floor beach home (Unit #102) has been tastefully decorated and fully renovated, including new sliding glass door (4/2017). This one bedroom, two full bath condo is perfect for a couple or a family of four. Eat breakfast or lunch on the oceanfront balcony and enjoy the ocean breeze and the view of the ocean. 
 
This complex offers an outdoor pool and deck area for sun bathing. We now offer Free Wireless Internet by Anaptex WiFi to all guest. Free Parking is on site with an overflow lot located across the street. This condo has a king bed in the bedroom new carpet, a 50 Inch Flat Screen TV and a renovated private full bathroom, with nice tile work and Granite counter tops. The living room has a 50 Inch Flat Screen TV, along with a queen size sleeper sofa, and a full bathroom in the hallway (also with new tile and granite). This unit offers a DVD player and a stereo system. The large kitchen has new cabinets, tiled floors, granite counter tops, tiled back splash walls and is fully equipped with all new appliances. The breakfast bar seats 4. We also have a table for 4. 
 
This condo has a washer and dryer inside the unit, and new central heating and air-conditioning (2015). New Elevator May 2018. The condo has new tiled floors though out the condo, except for carpet in the bedroom. The condo has also been freshly painted, with new lighting fixtures. Our home is centrally located in the Crescent Beach Section of N. Myrtle Beach at 2609 S. Ocean Blvd and we are only a 5 min drive to Barefoot Landing, Coastal Grand Mall, Alabama Theater, House of Blues, Greg Norman Australian Grill and Tanger Outlet Stores. Smoking or Pets are not allowed. This unit is maintained by the owner on a weekly basis so it will be very neat and clean for your arrival. I have properties from the North Carolina mountains to the North & South Carolina Coast. Remember to get the week you want, not the week that is left over. Note: Please note rental rates are subject to change and may increase or decrease depending on availability.  Existing reservations with a prepayment are excluded. Happy Rentals.........

We strongly suggest that clients/guest purchase travel insurance just in case the unexpected happens. For those who forgo purchasing Insurance and need to cancel here is our policy. If I can re-rent the unit for the same dates/time period and for the same amount of money we will refund all monies paid in minus a $195.00 administration fee for time already spent with the reservation. If we cannot re-rent the condo for the same dates then any monies paid to us are forfeited because the property has been blocked out during this time period and not available for others to reserve. If the unit were to re-rent for the same dates at a lower rate, then the refund would be prorated. It is not my desire to ever keep anyone's deposits/payments, but we do have monthly financial obligations to meet and we operate our properties as a business, so that is why we strongly encourage travel insurance. At this time we do not offer insurance for sale, but recommend a company that I use myself. The company is Travel Safe and their web-site is www.travelsafe.com . Awesome get a way!


We stayed for 5 nights and loved the condo. Everything in the condo was super nice! The condo was a perfect spot---overlooking the beach! Everything in the condo was up-to-date. The location was perfect for us because it was quiet but close to everything! We particularly loved just being in the condo relaxing. It is a PERFFECT place for a get a way! We plan to use this condo again! We would HIGHLY recommend this place for couples!! Loved our time there.

We Will Stay Here Again!


Very well maintained and everything as promised. This unit has been updated and has everything you need for a couple to have a GREAT vacation week. Parking was never a problem. Beautiful ocean front private balcony. Well stocked kitchen, we cooked in 3 nights and had all tools necessary. Very convenient to Calabash, NC (our favorite place for Seafood), Main Street if you want the night life, and the solitude of your own balcony if you prefer the quiet nights. The washer and dryer is a great plus. WiFi sometimes a little weak.. but grab a book!

What a wonderful place! I have recommended this condo to anyone that is looking for a rental! Definitely convenient to everything, especially the beach!!! Everything from reservations to leaving was convenient! The kitchen was well stocked and newly decorated. The keyless door entry became handy, as we didn\'t have to worry about keys! CLEAN,CLEAN!! Simply put...it is Hard to find a well taken care of condo rental at this price!!!
