This was our second condo on SXM and everythig was ok. The condo was great clean and the pool fantastic
We just finished a wonderful two weeks at Paradise Found. Las Arenas did not show any damage from Irma. The grounds were impeccable as always. The Dutch side of the island is coming back much better than the French side. Many restaurants on the Dutch side have reopened. The restaurant staffs are welcoming you with open arms. We have already circled our calendars when we will be returning to Paradise Found and beautiful Simpson Bay.
Paradise found is as beautiful as ever and you wouldn\'t know Irma was there. They have done an amazing job of everything needed to make it as it was. And speaking with Gordon the property manager they are extremely proud of there accomplishments. (And they should be !) Simpson bay has recovered wonderfully in the short 8 months since Irma. Most existing restaurants are open along with quite a few new ones. St Maarten is certainly WELL on its way of recovery. The Island\'s beaches are still as beautiful as ever. Hotels are under repair and expect some to reopen for the 2019 season . The Airport is still under repair but there temporary facilities are actually doing very well, very efficient . This was our 6th year at Paradise Found and looking forward to many more! This is an outstanding property and you could not find a better person then its owner Nancy to deal with. We want to say thanks for sharing it with us and would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone looking to find true paradise!!! Scott & Sharon Mackenzie Halifax Nova Scotia (Eastern Passage) Canada
The condo is beautiful, well equipped, clean and secure. The pool and grounds are beautiful and seemed untouched by the hurricane thanks to I\'m sure lots of hard work and effort by the building maintenance, crews and owners. Perfect area of Simpson Bay with many restaurants, shops and markets near by. The island is on its way to recovery. The people of St. Maarten are resilient and welcoming. The temporary airport was efficient and customs was fast! Simpson Bay on the Dutch-side was probably the area that was least impacted by the hurricane but there are still restaurants and shops that are not opened but there are many that are opened and ready for business. We had a wonderful time and looking forward in returning!
