One Florida family has spent over four decades building happy summer memories right in this spot, and they invite you to create some of your own treasured moments on your next visit to Anna Maria.
 
Located right in the heart of the village of Anna Maria, not only can you walk to the beach in a matter of seconds, but you can easily get to everything else by foot or on bike. Restaurants, shopping, theater, and ice cream...all just a hop, skip, and a jump away! When you're ready to go a bit further, the free Island Trolley stops right at the end of your street.
 
Everyone will enjoy staying in a home without stairs! Ground floor living makes everything so easy. You'll find two bedrooms, plus a bonus room with additional bedding. The master bedroom features a queen size bed and en suite bath, while the 2nd bedroom sports two twin beds. The bonus room has two day beds, plus a queen sleeper sofa. A second full bath is located down the hall, while outdoor showers at the back of the house provide guests with a good place to rinse off after a day at the beach.
 
Other features include a nicely remodeled kitchen, remodeled bathrooms, brand new tile floors, When you're ready to relax at home, both the living and bonus rooms feature flat panel televisions for your viewing enjoyment.
