A simple floor plan features open living/dining space with an excellent sound system, a well appointed kitchen, and an assortment of books, videos, and board games. Of special interest is the new glassed porch which overlooks the maritime forest and its non-human residents. Additionally, the screened front porch encourages dining al fresco and visiting with neighbors. The Ibis Roost community pool is within easy walking distance. The beach and Club are a short drive away. Traffic within the Ibis Roost community is light, making it an ideal neighborhood for young children to enjoy.
