Perfect home for family vacation by the ocean!


We absolutely loved our time here! The large bedrooms, separate bathrooms for each bedroom, large kitchen, and of course, the ocean view - just can’t be beat! We’d wake up every morning and have coffee from the keurig on the deck as we watched the sunrise! Just perfect! Having the kayaks they provide was such a nice treat and we loved taking them out into the ocean! The home is so spacious and inviting and perfect for a group of family or friends to have a beach getaway! We loved the convience of the house to so many restaurants and activities! The owners provide so many extras for the house which is so nice and they are so helpful and were quick to answer any questions we had! Highly recommend this home to anyone wanting a gorgeous beach home and a relaxing vacation!!!

Pretty Much Perfect


We were a group of 11 ladies and 3 toddler boys, and there was plenty of room for all of us. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, and everything was in working order. The house is close to various restaurants, shopping and activities, IF you get tired of the beach which is right there off the deck. It was gorgeous. The owner was easy to work with. The deck is being remodeled and enlarged and will make this house more perfect, if that is possible. We had a wonderful time and would definitely rent this house again.

Wonderful House and Location


Had a wonderful time. The house was nice. When we arrived we noticed the ceiling fan in the living room was broken and the back of one of the sofa sections was broken on top and also the sliding glass door to patio didn\'t slide very well. My husband fixed the sliding door. The kitchen faucet knobs need nuts tightened underneath. The refrigerator had broken crisper doors. The patio was really awesome but there were several nails sticking up that need to be addressed. I only write these observations because I feel you need to to know about them. I can assure you that none of that hindered our fabulous time. Having the ocean as our back yard was spectacular. We will definitely rent the property again.

Location, location, location


Pictures doesn’t do this house justice. Our family makes an annual summer trip to various places in Florida every year and this was by far the best place we have stayed for the money. The location is perfect. Right on the beach and short walk to pier. House was well kept and updated. Gorgeous view from the roomy living room. Plenty of seating at the bar, table, and even outdoor for eating. Newly built deck is amazing and has plenty of seating on both levels of the deck. Kayaks and SUP boards provided (bring your own life jacket). The best part is the owner. He is very hands on and available to fix any issues with the house ASAP and is only a text or phone call away. We have rented beach houses for 10 years and have never had better customer service than with this place. All issues( which were very minor ... lightbulbs , etc.. ) were fixed day of or next day. Only thing I can think of that could be better would be that the stand up paddle boards did not have paddles so we used kayak paddle as best as we could and there were no life jackets provided...no big deal we just brought our own... if you are looking for a nice, updated, roomy, great indoor and outdoor area, and perfect location then this is the place for you. Thanks John for being a great host and for sharing your house with our family. Already booked it for next year... can’t wait.
