Casa Blanca is an affordable, three bedroom rental villa at Sunset Crest, St. James. It is ideally situated in popular Holetown ,St. James on the idyllic West Coast of Barbados. Its rear garden backs onto a communal lawn area running alongside the Coast Road – across this road are the beautiful calm sandy beaches. Everything you could wish for is an easy 5 minute walk (with no hills to climb). It is a short distance to beaches, every kind of water sport, a large pool, restaurants, bars, shops, banks and even a 24/7 medical centre
The villa is in a large well maintained enclosed garden. If it’s mango season you can enjoy the fruit straight from the tree! It has three covered patio areas for relaxing or dining. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and queen bed. The other two bedrooms have twin beds and share a shower room. All bedrooms have air conditioning and fans. There is a comfortably furnished living/dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped including oven, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster,toaster oven, kettle, coffee maker and also a washing machine.
Membership to the beautiful Sunset Crest Beach Club with its beach side pool is included – only 5 minutes walk away. A couple of minutes more will take you to the luxurious Limegrove designer shopping centre with trendy bars, cafes, restaurants, duty free outlets and cinema.
Cable TV, wireless internet and phone are included. Local phone calls are free, outgoing international calls are barred. There is a weekly maid service – additional can be arranged at an extra charge. All linens, bath and beach towels are provided.
