We have pleasure in introducing you to our beautiful, brand new and modern styled luxury villa situated in the wonderful and popular gated community of Watersong.
 
Our 6-bedroom 5 and half bathroom home easily sleeps up to 12 people plus one baby. The villa is located about half an hour from Orlando International Airport, just 15 minutes from Disney, 20 minutes from Universal, and close to many exclusive golf courses. Easy access to the main highways means that you have numerous shops and restaurants within minutes' reach, all of which makes Watersong one of Orlando's most sought-after locations and communities.

There is a fully equipped games room and a large oversized private pool with extended sun deck which attracts the sun all day. The pool deck area overlooks a gorgeous wooded conservation area where wildlife from time to time can be seen wandering by, making it an ideal destination for large family holidays/vacations. In short – something for all ages and preferences when you need a little time to relax.
 
Air-conditioned throughout including remote controlled ceiling fans in every room, the villa extends to over 3,500 square feet.
Cable TV, wireless internet and free local telephone calls are included in our villa.
 
For your security, the villa is fitted with the latest alarm system and safe for your valuables. The community of Watersong is a gated community with 24 hour security.
A "Welcome Book" detailing all you need to know about the villa will be available within the villa on your arrival to ensure a smooth and hassle free stay.
