This beautiful four bedroom, three bathroom holiday villa has two ensuite bedrooms and both have doors out directly onto the pool deck. One is queen size, with an ensuite bath and shower and the second is a double with an ensuite combined shower and bath. The two further twin bedrooms share a third bathroom.
The spacious living area has a family room with TV and DVD player. The superbly equipped kitchen, which has every convenience for your stay, has the added benefit of a breakfast nook. A laundry room with washer and dryer is also provided here in this stay house for your convenience.
There is also a formal dining room and a further lounge area. The screened 30' x 15' west facing pool, which, can be lit in the evening has a pool deck area with a covered lanai and is perfect for those alfresco meals.Pool heating is available at an additional charge for the cooler winter months.
This vacation villa is a beautiful vacation point on a very large lot, and is very conveniently situated for the Interstate 4 and has easy access to all the attractions or to the beaches on either coast.
This superb vacation villa is also within easy reach of many golf courses nearby and is the perfect choice to combine the local attractions with a bit of relaxation.
