Description

The home is a well maintained, fully furnished, contemporary saltbox built in 2001. The first floor contains an open kitchen, dining area and living area with cathedral ceiling. Also on the first floor is the master bedroom with queen bed and full bath, washer and dryer location and guest lavette. Off the living area is a sundeck and off the dining area a screened-in porch.  
 
The second floor has two bedrooms, each with one double bed and a full bath on the floor. The house has central air conditioning and each bedroom contains a ceiling fan. The property is minutes from area beaches, fifteen minutes from Newport, a half-hour from Providence and forty minutes from New London.  
 
The home is available weekly from June 1 through August 31. Please contact me for further details.

A completely relaxing vacation


An Modern home in Narragansett 15 minutes from Newport and close to beaches and ferries provided to perfect opportunity to relax and renew. A well-shaded screened room was perfect for reading, as the scent of honeysuckle wafted through the room. The owner was more than happy to make suggestions for dining, attractions, and local favorites. Delightful summer home!


This Bonnet Shores property is a delight! The open, airy feel of the living spaces paired with the secluded, private screen and outdoor porches made for a comfortable stay. This home provides all the amenities, and the location was perfect for accessing beaches or points of interest, while maintaining a neighborhood feel. Owner Richard was readily accessible to answer questions or provide help, while still allowing for total privacy. I enjoyed my stay, and would highly recommend this rental property!

Beautiful home, great location & amenities


Just spent a week here with my family. Great location with easy access to beaches, restaurants, Newport , Narraganset & stores. Quiet neighborhood, beautifully decorated open floor plan with all the comfort of home. Central air, new grill, screened in porch. I grew up in RI & love to return in the summer. This home was wonderful- will be back next year! Owner was very easy to work with & responsive.

Perfect Setting


A perfect location to enjoy New England in the summer. Nearby are the beaches of Rhode Island and just a few miles away is the great tourist area of Newport. Because of its location there are numerous restaurants, many beaches, and great sights to see. While each vacation is personal, my wife and I were able to enjoy each and everyday for an entire two week period. Each night the Rhode Island shore and the city of Newport have a different and high quality restaurant to go to. During the days we went to Martha\'s Vineyard, a Red Sox ball game, and a tennis tournament--not to mention Cape Judy and Watch Hill (where one of Taylor Swift\'s homes are). The house itself is just great. It has quality wi-fi for Internet access, superb air conditioning (summers can get hot), and a spacious airy feeling. The owner, Richard, is very prompt to help in case of any problems!! There are very few places better than Bonnet Shores to spend a vacation in New England. By the way, I am going back again next year!!
