The 4034 sq. ft. living space is professionally furnished with upscale furniture, large screen LED TV in family room, game room and LED TV in all bedrooms. Cable TV and high-speed WiFi internet are all complimentary.
 
There are two master suites, one king is on the 1st floor and one king on the 2nd floor. There are total 3 king beds (1 on the first floor in 1 bedroom, 2 on the 2nd floor in 3 bedrooms). 3 queen beds (one on first floor one bedroom and 2 on 2nd floor in one bedroom), 2 bunk beds with full/twins and 4 twins (on the 2nd floor in 4 bedrooms). Twin beds can be easily combined into a king size bed if desired. Total 18 people can all sleep in beds!
 
The Kitchen has equipped with granite count tops and stainless steel appliances. There is pull up bar seating in the kitchen beside 2x 8 seating dining table and 8 seating patio table. Two additional wine, beer, and drink coolers are provided in game room and kitchen.
 
A gas BBQ grill makes poolside living even easier. A ceiling fan circulates air, keeping the cool, and recessed lighting allows dining to go late into the night with
 
several lounge chairs surrounding the sparkling heated pool and hot SPA.
 
The pool faces lake and east, which ensures privacy and plenty of sun exposure in the morning and avoid hot sun in the afternoon with the full width lanai providing a shady retreat from the sun when required. A full width child safety fence is installed in front of the pool and the whole outside area is under an accessible full width pool screen enclosure. 
 
Washer/dryer, and dishwasher are available.
 
Also provided are strollers, high chairs & Pac ’n’ Play cribs for the very young ones. Air conditioned game room has pool table and Foosball table for further enjoyment after full day theme park visit. A drink/wine cooler is available in the game room area for convenience of gamers and jet lag walkers.
 
The home is also equipped with unlimited high speed Wi-Fi and unlimited long distance calls with US and Canada. 
 
You're close to all the attractions. Disney is 15 mins away, shops are 5 mins away. Universal is 30 mins, Busch Gardens is 1 hour, LegoLand is 45 mins, Interstate 4 (55) is 5 mins away..

We had a very nice time and had no problems with checking in or the house


The property was great, plenty of space. It was nice to have such open common areas and kitchen to accommodate 16 people. We had no problems and enjoyed our stay!

I would give this property 5+ stars if the mattress was a little more comfortable. Otherwise, everything was great! The location was excellent. The home housed and accommadated our large family which was very important. Dishes, pots/pans, towels, high chairs, washer/dryer, TVs, game room and pool were all utilized by the family. The children never wanted to leave the house! Even after spending the full day at the Disney parks they wanted to get in the pool! We will definitely use this property again. The pictures really don\'t do this property any justice. It is a must see and stay!

Big roomy home


The house was wonderful, it worked out great for our family. Very clean and comfortable. Only problems were the wifi was very slow and cable didn\'t work in the family room and in the rooms it worked the tv\'s would change channels by itself. I called and left a message and the changing channels stopped.

This is my family 6th mother\'s day vacation together. We have traveled around. This is one of the best property we have stayed. It accomadated our needs for as in home stay. Home away from home. The house was very spacious and, beautiful. The water park was nice and enjoyable. We didn\'t have any complaint. All thumbs up. We will book again
